Death of BNP leader Abdus Salam in Jhenigati

Sherpur representative:
Abdus Salam, convener of Sherpur’s Jhenaigati upazila BNP and senior vice-president of Sherpur district BNP, is no more.
He breathed his last due to cardiac arrest while undergoing treatment at Sherpur District Sadar Hospital on Saturday 2nd September at 9:30 PM. Innalillahi——–Rajiun. He was 74 years old at the time of his death. He is survived by numerous benefactors including 2 wives, 5 sons and 2 daughters.
The body of the deceased was buried in the family graveyard after the funeral prayer at Shalchura High School ground of Nalkura Union at 2.30 pm on Sunday, September 3.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakrul Islam Alamgir, Sherpur District BNP President Mahmudul Haque Rubel, General Secretary Hazrat Ali along with BNP leaders and activists have expressed deep grief and condolence to the bereaved family.
