4 (four) persons, including a woman, were shot dead in the incident of firing in Bilmaria Union of Lalpur Upazila of Natore due to a land dispute.
The incident took place in Rasulpur village of Bilmaria union on Sunday (3rd September 2023) around 6 am.

Abu Bakar (55) of Baknai village has been in dispute for a long time based on Rasulpur Mauza land. In this continuation, Babu (30), Amanul (35), Mohsin (45), Awal (20), Hasem (40) of Baknai village have been fighting for Abu Bakr. ), Kabir (45) went to Rasulpur Mauzai to occupy the land with illegal weapons, when Abdur Razzak’s supporters chased him and shot him with an illegal short gun in Babu’s hand, Asad (30), son of Afaz Ali of Mohrakaya village, Bazlur Rahman (33), son of Fazal, Shahadat Son Hannan (40), and Afaz Uddin’s wife Hasina Begum (50) were shot. Later, the relatives of the injured immediately took them to Lalpur Upazila Health Complex and the doctors on duty referred Asad, Bajlu and Hannan to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for better treatment. Bajlu was seriously injured in the left thigh, right thigh and Hasina in the head. Hasina is admitted to Lalpur Upazila Health Complex.
