Giving false publicity and cards in the village, Manirampur Nursing Home and Diagnostic.

Abdullah Al Mamun Jessore district representative :

From Manirampur Nursing Home and Diagnostic, going to the village, the seizure patients have been giving cards by telling lies about the seizure. The card also mentions that the cardholder will get 40% discount for any examination. But when the patient went to the clinic and spoke on the ground, the Managing Director of Manirampur Nursing Home and Diagnostic, Md. Olyar Rahman, demanded double the amount. Ayesha Khatun, a cesarean patient of Vijayarampur Madhyapara, Monirampur municipal area, said that some girls from Monirampur Nursing Home and Diagnostics came and gave me a card and said that if I show this card, we will have a cesarean within six, seven, thousand, but when my husband spoke about it at the clinic, Manirampur Nursing Managing Director of Home and Diagnostic, Md Olier Rahman demanded Tk 14,000 without medicine. When our representative, Managing Director of Monirampur Nursing Home and Diagnostics, Md. Olyar Rahman, spoke on his mobile phone, he said that I cannot say without knowing who told about six, seven thousand after going to the village. We charge 10,000 taka for first and second caesarean and 12,000 taka for third caesarean, and we contact the patients before the caesarean. In this regard, the patient’s husband told reporters that the Managing Director of Manirampur Nursing Home and Diagnostic, Md. Oliar Rahman, demanded 14 thousand takas without medicine. It will take two to three thousand takas to buy the medicine. It will cost me twenty thousand takas for a caesarean. He also said that earlier, I had performed cesarean twice on my wife at Michael Madhusudan clinic in Keshavpur for 6000 taka, but I have to pay twice as much if I do cesarean with them. He said that he wants the concerned authorities to intervene against all these clinics and also fix the price in all the clinics for cesarean and operation, and if the list is made mandatory, the poor patients of the village will not have to suffer.
