At the party office of Manirampur Upazila Awami League, the upazila Awami League, Jubo League, Chhatra League, Farmers’ League, Sramik League, and all its associates and fraternal organizations, have a sit-in program to protest against the anarchy, fire, terrorism and anti-national activities of BNP Jamaat nationwide. Upazila Awami League President and Municipal Mayor Kazi Mahmudul Hasan spoke at the event. Member of Zilla Parishad Gautam Chakraborty, former Chhatra League leader Ed. Bashir Ahmed Khan, were also present. Upazila Vice-Chairman Uttam Chakraborty Bachchu, Female Vice Chairman Kazi Akhter, President of Monirampur Municipal Awami League Mr. Md. Amjad Hossain, Councilor Kamruzzaman Kamrul, Shyamkur Union Parishad Chairman Mr. Engineer Alamgir Hossain. Mr. Nazrul Islam, General Secretary of Krishak League, Mr. Shariful Islam Ripon Joint convener Monirampur Upazila Jubo League. Councilor Azim Uddin, Suman Das, President of Upazila Press Club and Municipal Jubo League SM Lutfar Rahman President, General Secretary Rabiul Islam Ravi along with leaders and activists of different levels of Chhatra League, Jubo League, Krishak League were present.
