Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s homecoming day was celebrated in Barisal’s Banaripara on January 10. The program of the day was auspiciously started by placing a wreath on the portrait of the Father of the Nation in front of the Banaripara Upazila Awami League office at 10 am on Tuesday, January 10. Later, in the discussion meeting held under the chairmanship of Upazila Awami League President and Upazila Chairman Alhaj¦ Golam Farooq, municipal mayor Advocate Subhash Chandra Sheel, former president of Upazila Awami League, Vir Muktijoddha Golam Saleh Manju Molla, general secretary Advocate Mawlad Hossain Sana, among others, spoke at the party office.
