Students are the future leaders of the nation: Mayor Khalek of Khulna.

Khulna Mayor of Khulna City Corporation Talukdar Abdul Khalek referred to the students as the future leaders of the nation and said that they should be educated and developed with good education. And teachers, teachers and parents need a responsible role in this work. The City Mayor was speaking as the chief guest at the closing and prize distribution function of the school’s annual sports competition at the Government Coronation Madhyamik Balika School premises on Monday afternoon. Khulna-2 Constituency Member of Parliament Sheikh Salahuddin Jewel spoke as the guest of honor on the occasion. In the speech of the chief guest, the city mayor also said that the current government is constructing new educational institutions with modern facilities across the country in addition to constructing new academic buildings in the existing educational institutions with the aim of expanding education. In continuation of that initiative has been taken to construct a new academic building in Government Coronation Madhyamika Balika Vidyalaya. In the speech of the honored guest on the occasion, Member of Parliament Sheikh Salahuddin Jewel referred to the Government Coronation Secondary Girls’ School as a traditional and ideal women’s educational institution in Khulna and said, “We are very sincere in the overall development of this educational institution. He called upon the students to practice sports regularly in addition to their studies for the healthy mental and physical development of the students and assured all possible cooperation for the overall development of the educational institution. Mocha, Headmistress of the school: Makami Makchuda, Khulna Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Mukul Kumar Maitra and Khulna Metropolitan Awami League General Secretary MDA Babul Rana spoke as special guests in the event. School teachers, teachers, parents and students were present on the occasion. Later, City Mayor Talukdar Abdul Khalek and Member of Parliament Sheikh Salahuddin Jewel distributed prizes among the winners of the sports competition.
