The 45th founding anniversary of Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP was celebrated with a colorful rally and discussion meeting at Kishoreganj of Nilphamari.

Yesterday afternoon, under the leadership of BNP President Abdullah Al Mamun and General Secretary AKM Tajul Islam Dalim, a huge and colorful rally came out from Badsha Town Hall Complex on the initiative of all the organs and affiliated organizations of Kishoreganj Upazila BNP.

The rally later ended at the same place by inspecting the main road of the market.

After the rally, a discussion meeting was held at Badsha Town Complex under the chairmanship of Upazila BNP President Abdullah Al Mamun and moderated by General Secretary AKM Tajul Islam Dalim.

The colorful rally and discussion meeting was attended by Nationalist Party BNP Central Executive Committee Member and former Member of Parliament Bilkis Islam Sapna, District BNP Former Joint Convenor Safiqul Islam Jani, Organizing Secretary Ibne Saeed Sujan, Md. Mahmudul Haque (Tipu) Upazila Jubo Dal. Convener, Md. Touhidur Rahman (Tawhid) President of Krishak Dal, Md. Russel Pramanik Chhatra Dal member secretary and thousands of leaders and workers of all unions BNP and affiliated organizations were present.

The speakers said that the current government has become desperate to stop BNP’s marches, meetings, discussions, meetings and milad mahfils across the country at a time when BNP is going to peacefully celebrate the 45th founding anniversary of Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP in a democratic manner. We want to stop taking our rights with you and the police force. The government is conspiring to establish one-party rule so that no one can hold marches and meetings in the field.

Speakers also said that BNP will not allow a one-party rule to be established while a leader is alive. Today they want to stay in power by stealing votes, they don’t understand democracy, what is democracy..? No one in the world could stay in power all his life. This government also cannot survive in power. Torture, persecution, killings, disappearances and looting of state money have started. One day they will also have to stand in court.
