The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement will hold a “Shahidi March” on Thursday to mark the one-month anniversary of the fall of the Awami League government on August 5 amid a mass uprising.
On Wednesday, at a press conference at Dhaka University, one of the coordinators of the movement, Sarjis Alam, provided this information.
Other coordinators, including Hasnat Abdullah and Abu Bakr Majumdar, were also present.
At the press conference, the coordinators requested that family members of those who were martyred in the student and public movements of July and August participate in the march.
