Senior Secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Department has been appointed as the new Cabinet Secretary. Mahbub Hossain. This order was issued in a notification signed by the Senior Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Sheikh Shamchul Arefin, on Tuesday (January 3rd). It is said in the notification, the senior secretary of the department of energy and mineral resources. Mahbub Hossain was appointed as Cabinet Secretary. This order issued in public interest will be effective immediately. Earlier, the Public Administration Ministry appointed Kabir bin Anwar as Cabinet Secretary on December 11. He succeeded Mohammad Khandaker Anwarul Islam.
