Amar Desh Editor Mahmudur Rahman has returned to the country from Turkey this morning.
He landed at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 9am on Friday
During the previous Awami League government, 124 cases were filed against Mahmudur Rahman across the country.
He was arrested in June 2010 following a ban on the daily Amar Desh. Later, Mahmudur Rahman and his wife were sentenced to 7 years in prison in another case.
